Tower of the parish church of the Assumption of Our Lady.

Bell tower located next to the baroque church, minaret type with staircase covered by approach of courses.

The bell tower built in the mid-fourteenth century; It has a square plan and inside it has a Spanish-speaking minaret structure, a solid central machón, in hollow origin, with a square plan around which the stairs covered by brick vault ascend by approach of courses. To the outside the walls were articulated by means of the arrangement of a copious decoration based on corners, zig-zags and crossings of multiple arms forming rhombuses following the ornamental tradition prevailing in that period. In the upper part of the tower the body of bells was opened that opened to the outside through two arches pointed on each side, the result of the intersection of two semicircular arches flanked by diamond-shaped brick decoration. The deep transformation of the tower during the second half of the 16th century did not only mean a regrowth in height but a series of important changes in terms of its structure and decoration in general. Towards 1575 an octagonal body is arranged whose lower part has a minaret structure and the upper two, which contain the bells, hollow structure. The gaps of the old bell body were blinded and decorated with ceramics.
