Cultural Association Aragon Interactive Multimedia Aragon (the AIM), established in Urbanización Parque Roma I-2 - Zaragoza, provides public information on the Internet, through of "www.pasapues.co" in the terms set out in these conditions:

DÉCIMA.- El usuario acepta que los datos personales por él facilitados o que se faciliten en el futuro a "AIM", puedan ser objeto de tratamiento en un fichero de datos de carácter personal. Los datos así registrados podrán ser utilizados para la realización de estadísticas, la remisión de información conforme a los gustos del usuario, la administración del servicio y la gestión de incidencias.
De los ficheros así creados será responsable "AIM". El titular de los datos tendrá en todo momento el derecho de acceder a los ficheros automatizados, pudiendo ejercitar los derechos de rectificación, cancelación y oposición en los términos recogidos en la legislación de protección de datos. A tal fin, deberá dirigirse una carta firmada por el titular de los datos a "AIM" en su domicilio social, indicando el domicilio del titular a fin de remitirle la respuesta de "AIM" a su solicitud.
El titular de los datos autoriza de manera expresa a "AIM" para ceder los datos a cualquier entidad asociada, o colaboradora de esta, para las finalidades de tratamiento de datos antes mencionadas, así como a aquellas entidades a las que sea necesario ceder los datos a fin de proporcionar al titular de los mismos los servicios y productos por él solicitados.
El consentimiento del usuario para el tratamiento y cesión de sus datos personales será revocable en todo momento, bastando para ello una comunicación escrita al responsable del fichero, "AIM", en el domicilio social arriba indicado. Dicha comunicación deberá realizarse mediante la remisión de una carta firmada por el titular de los datos, con indicación de su domicilio para dirigirle la respuesta de "AIM".
UNDÉCIMA.- Con la finalidad de agilizar el servicio ofrecido, identificando con la máxima celeridad a cada usuario, "AIM" podrá utilizar "cookies". Las "cookies" son códigos que el servidor introduce en el disco duro del ordenador para identificar al usuario. Las "cookies" se asocian únicamente con un usuario anónimo, no permitiendo acceder a datos de carácter personal ni, en general, a datos del disco duro del usuario. Si el usuario no desea que se instale en su disco duro una "cookie", debe configurar su navegador para no recibirlas.
DÉCIMOSEGUNDA.- Las partes, con expresa renuncia a su propio fuero, aceptan como legislación rectora del presente contrato, la española y se someten para la resolución de cuantos litigios pudieran derivarse del mismo a los Juzgados y Tribunales de Zaragoza.
