DECRETO 32/1998, de 10 de febrero, del Gobierno de Aragón, por el que se autoriza al Ayuntamiento de Borau, de la provincia de Huesca, para adoptar su escudo municipal.
El Ayuntamiento de Borau, de la provincia de Huesca, inició expediente para la adopción de su escudo municipal conforme al artículo 22.2.b) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local; artículos 186, 187 y 188 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales y Decreto 1/1992, de 21 de enero, de la Diputación General de Aragón, por el que se regula el procedimiento de rehabilitación, modificación o adopción de escudos, banderas y otros símbolos de los municipios y demás Entidades locales de la Comunidad Autónoma de Aragón.
El trámite procedimental se sustanció con arreglo a las citadas normas, figurando el informe del Consejo Asesor de Heráldica y Simbología de Aragón.
En su virtud, a propuesta del Consejero de Presidencia y Relaciones Institucionales, y previa deliberación del Gobierno de Aragón, en su
reunión del día 10 de febrero de 1998,
DISPONGO:
Artículo único.--Se autoriza al Ayuntamiento de Borau, de la provincia de Huesca, para adoptar su escudo municipal, que quedará organizado de la forma siguiente:
Escudo
cuadrilongo de base circular. En campo de sinople (verde), ermita de plata, aclarada de gules. El jefe, de azur, encajado de cuatro piezas de plata con un óvalo de oro, cargado de un cáliz de cornerina (rojo sangre). Al timbre, Corona Real cerrada.
