DECRETO 42/2001, de 13 de febrero del Gobierno de Aragón, por el que se autoriza al Ayuntamiento de Ayerbe de la Province de Huesca, para adoptar su Shield y Flag municipal.
El Ayuntamiento de Ayerbe, de la Province de Huesca, inició expediente para la adopción de su Shield y Flag municipal conforme al artículo 22.2.b) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local, artículos 186, 187 y 188 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales y Decreto 1/1992, de 21 de enero, de la Diputación General de Aragón, por el que se regula el procedimiento de rehabilitación, modificación o adopción de Shields, Flags y otros símbolos de los Municipalitys y demás entidades locales de la Comunidad Autónoma de Aragón.

En su virtud, a propuesta del Consejero de Presidencia y Relaciones Institucionales, y previa deliberación del Gobierno de Aragón en su reunión del día 13 de febrero de 2001,
DISPONGO:
Artículo único.--Se autoriza al Ayuntamiento de Ayerbe, de la Province de Huesca, para adoptar su Shield y Flag municipal, que quedarán organizados de la forma siguiente:
Shield:
Cuadrilongo de base circular. En campo de azur, un castillo de oro, mazonado de sable y aclarado de gules, surmontado de una flor de lis, de oro. Al timbre, Corona Real cerrada.
Flag:
Paño amarillo de proporción 2/3, mastilado de una flor de lis azul, colocada horizontalmente, con un castillo amarillo al asta, con su puerta y ventanas rojas.
