Situated in the valley that bears its name, the most western Aragonese Pyrenees valleys; Watered by the river Veral, along whose banks lies the village left.
Recommended visits
Parish Church, built in the Gothic era porteriormente (sixteenth century with the addition in the seventeenth century its entry) impressive and mole that stands out from among the entire town. Inside saved several altarpieces from the same period.

Day costume exaltation Ansotana
Held every year on the last Sunday of August.
Anso becomes Ansotana living museum of costume.
It begins with a parade at noon, followed by Mass and a parade through the village, where visitors enjoy the beauty of the traditional costume Ansotana.
In the afternoon there is a popular festival.
There is a Ansotana Costume Museum in the town hall and parish church.
Holidays are also celebrated the patron saint, around 21 September, which last about a week.
And every four years, PIR hosts the festival of the Commonwealth of the Valleys.
