DECREE 109/1984, of December 17, of the General Delegation of Aragon, authorizing the City Council of Albelda, of the province of Huesca, to rehabilitate its heraldic Shield and its municipal Flag
The City Council of Albelda, in the province of Huesca, has deemed it convenient to rehabilitate as a heraldic Shield and Flag of the Municipality those already consecrated by traditional use. For this purpose, and in accordance with the powers conferred by the legal provisions in force, raised, for final approval, the corresponding project and description of Shield and Flag. The file is sustained in accordance with the rules of procedure established in the Local Regime Law and in the Organization Regulation, Operation and Legal Regime of Local Corporations. The Royal Academy of History issued its report in a favorable sense, taking into account that these are symbols traditionally used in the Municipality. By virtue, at the proposal of Counselor of the Presidency and Institutional Relations, and after deliberation of the General Delegation of Aragon at its meeting December 17, 1984,
I HAVE
Sole Article.- Authorizing the City Council Albelda, of the province of Huesca, rehabilitating Shield heraldry and Flag municipal.
Shield will be organized as follows, according to the opinion of the Real Academia de la Historia:
