DECRETO 28/1997, 19 March, of the Gobierno de Aragón, Authorizing the Ayuntamiento de Albalatillo, province of Huesca, to adopt its Shield and Flag municipal.
El Ayuntamiento de Albalatillo, province of Huesca, inició expediente para la adopción de su Shield and Flag municipal conforme al artículo 22.2.b) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local; artículos 186, 187 and 188 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento and Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales and Decreto 1/1992, de 21 de enero, de la Diputación General de Aragón, por el que se regula el procedimiento de rehabilitación, modificación o adopción de Shields, Flags and otros símbolos de los Municipalitys and demás entidades locales de la Comunidad Autónoma de Aragón.
El trámite procedimental se sustanció con arreglo a las citadas normas, figurando el informe del Consejo Asesor de Heraldry y Simbología de Aragón.
En su virtud, a propuesta del Consejero de Presidencia and Relaciones Institucionales, and previa deliberación del Gobierno de Aragón en su reunión del día 19 de marzo de 1997,
DISPONGO:
Sole Article.--Authorizing the Albalatillo, province of Huesca, to adopt its Shield and Flag municipal, to be organized as follows:
cuadrilongo, de base circular. En campo de plata, aspa ondada de tres, de azur and plata, cargada en el abismo, de sinople, en forma de rombo ondado, con pueblecito de su color natural. Al timbre, Corona Real cerrada de la monarquía reinante.
De proporciones 2/3, siendo el tercio del asta de color verde and el resto blanco con un aspa ondada de tres, azul, plata, azul, con sus extremos en las esquinas.
Zaragoza, diecinueve de marzo de mil novecientos noventa and siete.
