For about fifteen years, the puppeteers are looking for a suitable place to realize our dream gold, a permanent home, resident to invite artists and collaborators to create a quiet and suggestive, a permanent exhibition of our own puppets and we have been gathering in our travels around the world.
Last summer after a performance in Ligüerre de Cinca, a girl from the company discovered a notice of sale of home land that put us on the final track: Abizanda.
Seeing the place we realized it was almost pinpoint accuracy what we were looking, and not only that, if not the existence in the place of a furnace in good vintage opened new expectations in our sleep.
First acquire a large house which, although having received the scourge of loneliness and inclement weather, the structure still stands and will house an active exposure to touch and manipulate puppets of the most different techniques and backgrounds.
Shortly after we got another house next door and surrounding space, so that now the complex on which we are doing our project in Central Pyrenees of Puppets and the Theater People, includes an outdoor amphitheater, the age, a exhibition in the old false rooms, a winter theater in a beautiful home to ninety people. They hope to replace our shows, brand new creations and receive sister companies elsewhere.
The company has increased to effectively address this ambitious project and has received a huge gift for sincere and unexpected collaboration, support and enthusiasm of the present inhabitants of Abizanda. It is comforting, encouraging and committed to receive the support of those who will be our own neighbors.

Comforting because it has the feeling of breaking a privacy stable and consolidated through the centuries and they have told us in gestures that speak louder than words, "Welcome."

Encouraging for our company because the effort is enormous and we particularly appreciate that next breath.

Committed as we can not disappoint the expectant generosity, so hopefully in the summer of 2004, to lift the curtain of our theater and invite everyone with a cake baked in an oven medieval again be embraced by the flames and sweet weight of bodies fermenting.
